Additional features in the Number Routing solution
The Netherlands, February 2016 - Today Comsys released a additional features of the Number Routing solution / Number Translation Service (NTS). The Number Routing solution is one of the solutions which is an integral part of the Comsys Service Delivery suite. This service is often used by companies with premium numbers, business numbers and various other numbers. For example when people call a 0800-number, this call can be routed to the office number or a mobile number.
The Comsys Number Routing solution is fully web-based and easy to use. With the Number Routing you can define a route per incoming (service/premium) number to an end destination or an alternative end destination. For the routes which are configured the platform will automatically route the incoming calls to end destination. All the changes can be applied in real-time
The Number Routing has been expanded with features such as: Routing based on Calendar and additional Alternative Routing options.
The Number Routing solution is available in the Service Delivery Platform and also on the Cloud Based Service platform of ComsysConnect.
