Comsys Telecom & Media agree on collaboration with Xaton

Amsterdam/Soesterberg, November 13, 2012 – Comsys Telecom & Media appoint Xaton as their official ICT partner. Comsys, provider of integrated voice, web and mobile solutions agree on a collaboration in which Xaton will support Comsys as a preferred supplier for both the development and expansion of their IT solutions. In the first phase Xaton will be responsible for rebuilding the user agent application, a maintenance module and a dashboard suited for tablets.

Comsys Telecom & Media is a worldwide leader in providing integrated voice solutions and has its own state-of-the-art Voice interactivity platform. Comsys’ SpeechFrame® platform is used by a range of well known Telecom Operators such as KPN, Tele2, Ziggo, and Virgin Mobile. The platform is a fully web based solution that easily integrates with business processes. Due to its software architecture's flexibility the platform is highly scalable and can be deployed starting from a single chassis using a single PCI(e) telephony board (boxed solution). Moreover, the solution can be expanded with a graphical Service Creation Environment. On top of the SpeechFrame® platform many different solutions can be deployed such as Voicemail, Voice Response (IVR) and Contact Center.

Joost van der Stelt, Manager Products & Innovation at Comsys: "At Comsys we are using a user agent web application that needs to be improved; within this context we have chosen Xaton as our exclusive IT partner. Xaton has proven to be a solid partner in the area of complex software solutions and works for corporate companies such as KPN, Ziggo and ANWB. That creates trust, also to our business partners. Many leading telecom providers are using our applications. Xaton will rebuild the current application, by means of an SDK. The SDK provides a set of JavaScript controls, which can be added to Contact Center application. This solution provides the bases for the Contact Center solution of Comsys".

Dennis Tilgenkamp, Director at Xaton about the collaboration: "We are pleased to announce our new business cooperation with Comsys. At Xaton we work with premium brands and the same applies for Comsys. Xaton will work with Comsys as a consultant and development partner for IT related projects. In the first stage of the collaboration Xaton provides a scalable solution that is ready for future developments."
