Despite the economical crisis, the revenues from messaging services are still rising. However, to remain successful, operators must focus on introducing innovative mobile messaging services that will be adopted by mass market and ensure sufficient and effective revenues at the same time.

This two day conference was focused on dealing with social networking and instant messaging communities on mobile phones as well as on other mobile messaging services.

Subjects such as how to make the most out of messaging in Web 2.0 environment were silenced by the message to get more out of what we have now. In several case studies regarding the outlook for MMS, Next Generation SMS services and the impact of Rich Communication Suite it became clear that there is a huge future in mobile messaging.

The development of 123twit and Call Completion services where presented by Eildert van Dijken in a 5 minute presentation followed by an interactive panel discussion. Our compliments to Jacob Fleming conferences for organizing this event. They succeeded in their goals, the conference was a success for Comsys.
