New Comsys Voicemail version
Soesterberg, October 2018, Comsys released a new version of its internationally used Voicemail solution. Voicemail is one of the solutions which is available in the Comsys Service Delivery platform.
The Comsys Voicemail solution is suitable for and already running at mobile operators, fixed line operators, cable companies, virtual operators and MVNE platforms. Our Voicemail is very easy to integrate into existing environments and includes many features, settings & options.
Our new release includes additional innovative features such as:
- Expansion on the automatic PIN-code blacklisting;
- Separate PIN management environment;
- New RESTful API for Message Waiting Indicators and Missed Call Notifications. This new interface can be used to send the notifications or message waiting indicators to other systems, solutions, applications or APPs.
Our current Comsys voicemail customers will be upgraded to the new Voicemail for free.
Comsys offers Voicemail solutions as a full capex solution or in a pay-as-you-grow model. We can deploy the Voicemail solution on your own Cloud environment or on dedicated hardware or in a hybrid setup.
