New Comsys Voicemail features
Soesterberg, August, 2017, Comsys released a new version of its internationally recognized Voicemail solution. Voicemail is one of the highly appreciated solutions which are available in the Comsys Service Delivery platform.
The Comsys Voicemail solution is suitable for and already running at mobile operators, fixed line operators, cable companies, virtual operators and MVNE platforms. Our Voicemail is very easy to integrate into existing environments and includes many features, settings & options.
Our new release includes additional innovative features such as:
- Language change via the Telephony User Interface. With this feature voicemail box users are able to change the voicemail language via the telephony voicemail menu. The option to offer this to voicemail users can be turned on/off via the Comsys management portal.
- The voicemail is integrated into the Service Delivery platform.
- An additional menu-option is implemented. This option can be used for accessing old legacy voicemail platforms when customers are migrated to our advanced voicemail solution. The option to offer this to voicemail users can be turned on/off and the number of the old voicemail platform can also be configured via the Comsys management portal. With this option, migration has become much easier and less costly.
- Various new reports on:
- Voicemail usage
- Voicemail box status
- Deposit details
- Invalid attempts
Our current Comsys voicemail customers will be upgraded to the new Voicemail for free.
Comsys offers Voicemail solutions as a full capex solution or in a pay-as-you-grow model. We deliver the Voicemail solution on dedicated hardware or install it on your own VMware environment. In most European countries we deliver Voicemail as a Cloud service as well.
