Comsys provides Ring Back Tones to Tele2
April 2016 – Comsys will provide a Ring Back Tone solution to the Telecom operator Tele2. Subscribers of Tele2 can select music as the ringtone to their callers.
Comsys’ Ring Back Tone solution will be provided to Tele2’s Baltic markets: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The solution will be available for millions of customers, supporting dynamic content for each market. The Ring Back Tone solution is part of the pan-European value added services environment delivered by Comsys. The solution runs in a distributed private cloud of Tele2, which provides huge flexibility to expand quickly the Ring Back Tone service to other countries.
In addition to the Ring Back Tone solution, Tele2 is using IVR, Survey, Flow Builder, Intelligent Roaming, IVR Outbound Dialer and the Missed Call Alert solutions from Comsys for all of its European subscribers.
The Ring Back Tone solution is available out of the box, easy to connect and easily integrated over web interfaces to any content party and the existing telecommunications environment of the mobile operator. All Comsys offerings provide REST interfaces for third party integrations.
