Protocols

The SpeechFrame® environment uses Telecom great telephony and Video boards and can support very many different protocols and subsets of protocols. Due to the architecure of SpeechFrame® environment now supports very many different protocols.

On top of the standard protocols extensions can be build and created. For example a special explicit call transfer (ECT) can be implemented if required. When this is done it becomes automatically a standard feature. In this way you can profit of development which has been carried out.
