Comsys extends operation and maintenance activities for KPN with Enertel
Soesterberg/Rotterdam, June 26, 2007 – Comsys, specialist in interactive
telephony, has extended the operation and maintenance activities on the KPN
voice and messaging systems. This extension has taken place because KPN is now
responsible for the Enertel network. Comsys now monitors more than 100 systems
for KPN.
KPN has outsourced the operation and first line maintenance of
a number of voice and messaging services to Comsys for a number of years
already. These services include Corporate Voice Inbound, Routing VoiceMail fixed
net, VoiceMail Belbericht, Rent a switch en SMS to fixed.
KPN has
increased her presence in products and services for the Wholesale- and the
Business market with the takeover of Enertel. Comsys is now also responsible for
maintenance of the former Enertel systems.
