Comsys has developed a Virtual Call Center, based on the SpeechFrame product. The Virtual Call Center can connect to agents with a telephone (fixed or mobile) and a web browser. The agents can literally be anywhere. The system is designed to interact with back office applications or CRM tools. The system offers the possibility to record conversation with the press of a button. All activities are logged, and complete reporting is available.
The Virtual Call Center is also provided as a hosted solution. This provides all the functionality while at the same time the organization can get experience and determine the capacity need. |
