Users can easily enroll for the service using the internet or a phone, and after enrollment will automatically receive notifications. A simple push on the link will automatically download and show the video message. It is supported by all 3G phones and nearly all 2G phones, and normally no device configuration is needed (only internet access). A typical video message has a duration of 30 seconds.
