Tele2 expands the SpeechFrame® IVR platform with Call Completion Services Soesterberg, January 2010 - Telecom operator Tele2 has decided to use the Comsys SpeechFrame® IVR platform for additional Call Completion solutions in Croatia and Latvia. The Missed Call Alert service is part of the Comsys Voicemail product. The Missed Call Alert service is a customized solution for the centralized network configurations, but is at the same time number, country and language- independent. There are many parameters which can be configured. The deployed system enables Tele2 to operate a flexible service which matches customers’ needs and which expands Tele2’s business.
