Prepaid

A method of payment for wireless service that allows a subscriber to prepay for a set amount of airtime in advance of actual usage. Generally, a subscriber's prepaid account is debited at the time of usage so that actual usage cannot exceed the prepaid amount until an additional prepayment is made. Overall prepaid usage is a bit more expensive then PostPaid.

Balance Inquiry:
Balance inquiry offers organisations the possibility of allowing end-users telephonic access to balance information. Balance inquiry can be used to enquire bank balances but also, for example, to enquire the remaining credit balance in pre-paid phone accounts and savings-point totals in loyalty programmes. The end-user calls up, enters his/her code (pin code, client number etc.) and can listen to the balance.

Balance Update:
Balance Update enables banks to allow consumers to access balance information. The consumer calls the bank number and enters his account number and pin code. The application then enquires the balance within the bank system, after which the application 'speaks out' the balance.

Recharge Prepaid with Bank Overdraft or Credit card
Recharge prepaid with bank overdraft or credit card enables recharging the credit balance for prepaid cards over the telephone through a bank transfer or credit card payment.

Activating / deactivating configuring the Voicemail service.

SMS features:
Configure SMS settings, for example send an SMS when usage becomes above a customer required amount as a warning. Or configure to receive a SMS when your SMS bundle is empty.
